Pydio is a French open-source enterprise document sharing and management software vendor, letting organisations self-host and secure their files instead of relying on a consumer SaaS service. Founded in 2012 in Paris out of the AjaXplorer project, the company was acquired by Germany's Wire in January 2025 to build a secure collaboration solution combining encrypted messaging and document management.
