Deeptech spun out of the FEMTO-ST lab that industrialises optical packaging for photonic chips — its coupling structures, 3D-printed directly on the chip by two-photon polymerisation (microlenses, 3D waveguides, mode-size converters), connect fibres, lasers and chiplets without active alignment, backed by a design kit (PDK) for co-packaged optics in AI infrastructure, telecoms and sensing.
