About

Socadif is the private equity firm of Crédit Agricole d'Île-de-France, its sole shareholder, created in 1990 and based in Paris. It invests its own funds, as a minority shareholder, in SMEs and mid-sized companies primarily in the Île-de-France region, in growth capital and buyouts, without sectoral exclusivity; it invests up to €10M alone and can structure deals up to €50M by bringing in other entities from the Crédit Agricole group. It has added a private debt activity and, in 2024, a venture capital activity dedicated to Île-de-France startups, launched with CAD 42. It is led by Emmanuel David. On the innovation front, it entered the capital of Kuantom in 2025, alongside Groupe SEB, HiQuTe Diamond, Spareka, with Generali, and Greenway, then in 2026 of AI6 Technologies; it also supports iFollow and participated in the €40M round of Groupe Volta led by TiLT Capital Partners. For a company in Île-de-France, it is a minority shareholder backed by the regional bank.
