About
OTB Ventures is a European venture capital fund specializing in deeptech, founded in 2017 by Adam Niewiński (former Deputy CEO of Bank Pekao), Marcin Hejka (18 years at Intel Capital), and Gregory Jankilevitsch, based in Amsterdam, Warsaw, and Luxembourg. Over $350M under management across three vehicles, including a $185M Fund II closed in 2024 with NATO Innovation Fund and EIF among the LPs. The fund invests at the late seed and Series A stages with €1M to €7M, can invest up to €25M per company through follow-ons, and reserves more than half of Fund II for follow-on investments. Thesis: AI and new computing architectures, space, physical AI, with a clear focus on dual-use. Portfolio: ICEYE (satellite radar, valued at €10B in 2026), ClearSpace, FintechOS, Silent Eight, Tytan Technologies, MatrixSpace; exits include BabbleLabs (Cisco) and Minit (Microsoft). France entered the portfolio in 2026, through the Luxembourg office opened in 2025 with Jeremy Teboul and Estelle Godard (ex-Promus Ventures): Alta Ares (air defense), Waiv (cancer diagnostics), and Arlequin AI, co-led with Redalpine.
