About
Noteus Partners is a Paris-based management company founded in 2024 by Yann du Rusquec, Nathalie Kornhoff Brüls, Guillaume d’Audiffret, and Zoé Fabian-Frey, four investors from Eurazeo's Growth team. It funds European tech companies that have already validated their model and are entering a phase of international growth, with offices in Paris, London, Berlin, and Madrid. Its thesis is that of a pan-European growth investor: a local team in key hubs and the ability to support large-scale operations, as lead or co-lead. The Noteus Bridge Fund, its first institutional vehicle closed at €413M in 2025, has acquired stakes in seven companies and reserves capital for follow-ons and new operations. The team boasts a collective track record of over €2.6B invested in technology. The portfolio includes Doctolib, Fever, Neo4j, and Perk, formerly TravelPerk, in which Noteus participated during its $200M Series E in January 2025. The fund also co-led Scalable Capital's €155M round with Sofina, then Quantum Systems' $1.2B Series D in 2026 alongside Blackstone, Airbus, and Advent, and led Scan.com's Series C, $90M in equity within a total financing of $220M. For a European scale-up at the growth stage, Noteus thus combines a team of four founding partners, a local presence in four hubs, and an institutional vehicle already deployed.
