About

Nord France Amorçage is the seed fund of the Hauts-de-France Region, its sole shareholder, managed by Siparex through its venture capital brand XAnge, with a mandate running until 2030. Created in 2013 with €37M, its capacity was increased to €50M in October 2025 through a capital increase of €13M. It co-invests as a minority, always alongside private investors and under the same conditions, never as the lead, in startups based or active in the region, with checks now up to €1.5M in the first round and €3.5M in total per company. Its investments are divided between digital and health-nutrition, 40% each, and industry. Over a hundred companies have been backed, with more than €40M invested. The portfolio includes InnovaFeed, Colisweb, OpenIO, Niryo, Posos, Tiamat Energy, Hemerion, Lattice Medical, and NeoCem. For a founder from Hauts-de-France in seed stage, it is the reference public co-investor.
