About

Iris Ventures is a Barcelona-based growth fund founded in 2021 by Montse Suárez (formerly of Morgan Stanley, creator of Walgreens Boots Alliance's venture capital fund), specializing in consumer brands: beauty, wellness, nutrition, longevity. Not to be confused with IRIS, the Parisian tech fund. Just over €225M across two funds: the first at €100M in 2021, then Iris Fund II, first closing at €100M in October 2025 with a target of €200M, for 12 to 15 companies, with check sizes from €5M to €20M, about 80% in Europe. Portfolio of about 17 brands: Maurten, Healf, Artemest, Nordic Knots, Olistic, Vicio. In France, Iris led Innerskin's €12.8M Series B at the end of 2025, then took a minority stake in Krème in 2026, as the brand's first external investor. For a French beauty or wellness brand preparing its expansion into Spain, the UK, or the US, it is a sector-focused investor capable of leading the round, with a French partner on the team (Florian Wojewodzki).
