Endgame Capital is a Climate Tech Venture Capital firm based in Brussels. Founded by Jinna Li and John Mairlot, it started as a highly active angel syndicate before launching a fully-fledged fund (Fund I) in late 2025. Their thesis is razor-sharp: they invest in "Near-Market" climate technologies (TRL 5+). Unlike "Deeptech" funds that might fund 10 years of R&D, Endgame targets technologies that are scientifically proven and ready to scale commercially within 24 months. Their motto is "Climate-Denier Proof": they back solutions that win because they are cheaper and better, not just because they are "green" or subsidized.
