About

Crédit Mutuel Impact is the investment management company for third-party accounts of Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale, formerly Crédit Mutuel Capital Privé. It manages funds open to individuals, infrastructure funds for the energy transition, and, especially for startups, the Révolution Environnementale et Solidaire fund, financed by the group's "societal dividend," which targets companies transforming production models in response to climate and environmental challenges. It is distinct from Crédit Mutuel Equity and Crédit Mutuel Innovation, the group's other investment entities. The recent portfolio is heavily transition-oriented: Sweetch Energy, Néolithe, Accenta, Colonies, Renaissance Fusion, Agriodor, Jimmy Energy in 2026, and NeoCem, for which the Révolution Environnementale et Solidaire fund led the €17M round in July 2026; under its former name, the firm led ManoMano's Series A in 2014. For an industrial decarbonization startup, it is a banking investor capable of leading a round of significant size.
