Brie Picardie Expansion is the private equity subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie, 100% owned by the regional bank. Based in Amiens and with a capital of €70M, it invests in unlisted companies at creation, development, or mature stages, mainly in Somme, Oise, and Seine-et-Marne. Its equity stakes are minority, either alone or in co-investment. Its scope covers venture capital, growth capital, and buyouts, notably the MBI of the industrial group Labbe carried out with Ciclad in 2023. The subsidiary participated in the rounds of Javelot, which equips agricultural silos with sensors and software, Ramify in wealth management, Omie & Cie in food, and Quideos in agricultural risk coverage. It also invested alongside IDIA in R3 Group, specialized in the environmental transition of companies. Its declared portfolio includes about twenty direct investments, distinct from its commitments in private equity funds.
