About
Cléry is the impact investment structure of David Guinard and Robin Ucelli, founders of the solar energy producer Photosol, created in Paris in 2022 after the sale of the majority of Photosol. It invests directly in the capital of startups, most often in Series A and alongside institutional funds, in areas where it sees an environmental or health impact: health and medical devices, climate (energy, packaging), agriculture, mobility, and space. It does not publish assets under management or check size ranges. The portfolio includes about fifteen companies, including Hepta Medical, joined during the €5.7M Series A led by Bpifrance in 2024 and followed on in 2026, Primaa, NeoFarm, inHeart, Netri, AdEchoTech, Onafis, Separative, Zeway, or the British company Notpla. For a founder in health or climate, it is a family shareholder from energy entrepreneurship, who supports alongside the funds.
