About

Civilisation is an early-stage family office created in April 2026 by Arthur Querou and Kevin Louzoun, who worked together at KMTX and then Vibe.co. Arthur Querou founded and sold four companies in digital advertising: Appinest, MotionLead acquired by Adikteev, KMTX acquired by Seedtag, and Vibe.co bought by Walmart for $1.4 billion in August 2026. Kevin Louzoun was the founding engineer of the last two and invests from Tel Aviv. The vehicle formalizes an angel practice started in 2021 and is complemented by LP positions in early-stage funds (Elaia, Emblem, Jibe Ventures, Teampact Ventures, Project Europe, QuantumLight). Neither the size nor the check sizes are disclosed. The displayed portfolio of 45 lines combines the two founders' personal track records, mostly prior to the vehicle, with four exits: Vibe.co to Walmart, Adaptive ML to Datadog, Greenbids to Perion, and Kinisi Robotics to Bear Robotics. On the French side: Stockly, Ramify, Dotfile, Groover, H Company, FlexAI, NcodiN, Olyzon, Amo. For an adtech, martech, or retail media founder, it is one of the few accessible investors from France to have built and exited four times in digital advertising.
