About

Aletheon Investments is a Paris-based growth capital firm born in 2026 from the spin-off of the Growth team at Partech, founded by Omri Benayoun, a partner of Partech's growth fund since 2014 and former deputy CEO of Cdiscount, André François-Poncet, and Andrew Whiting. It targets European tech scale-ups already generating between €10 million and over €100 million in revenue, funded by VC or self-financed, on the path to profitability, with initial check sizes from €25 million to €70 million, up to €100 million with its subscribers, as lead or co-lead. It advises Aletheon Growth III, the former Partech Growth III created at the end of 2025 and managed by a third-party company, with an undisclosed amount; the holdings of the first two growth funds remain with Partech, which has entrusted their advisory to Aletheon. The team built its track record at Partech, starting with Brevo: entry in Series B in 2017, exit at the end of 2025 when Oakley Capital and General Atlantic valued the company at €1 billion. This was followed by EcoVadis (supplier CSR evaluation), from Series A in 2016, Skello (staff scheduling), Weglot (website translation), UpSlide (software for finance), and Cintoo (digital twins of buildings). Outside of France, it holds seats at Amboss, Billogram, Prolific, and Rohlik.
