About

Aglaé Ventures is the technology investment firm of the Arnault family, owned by Agache, the family holding that controls LVMH. Based in Paris, with branches in New York and San Francisco, it invests the family's capital, without known external LPs. It operates from the first check to pre-IPO rounds, with check sizes ranging from €100,000 to €100M, in software, content platforms, developer tools, and AI; in 2022, it announced a €100M fund dedicated to web3. It claims over 100 portfolio companies, including Airbnb, Stripe, Revolut, Spotify, and Wiz, and more than 150 investments according to the press in 2024. In France, it co-led with Daphni the Series A of Back Market in 2017 and followed on in 2018. At its core, its entries range from seed to growth rounds: Ankorstore at seed in 2019, Colizey, Modjo, and SPRiNG in 2020, Prismic, Skello, and Mooncard in 2021, Flowdesk and Beamy in 2022, Photoroom, H Company, and New Tales in 2024, then Paage and DotBlocks in 2025, often alongside Kima Ventures or Motier Ventures. For a founder, it’s the capital of a family that can support a company from seed to growth.
