Techno'Start is the proprietary seed fund of Bordeaux Technowest, one of France's premier deeptech technopoles. Designed as a bridge between public grants and traditional venture capital, the fund is supported by major industrial partners (including Airbus, Suez, and the Grand Port Maritime de Bordeaux) and regional banks. Techno'Start exclusively finances startups incubated within Technowest’s ecosystem, providing crucial "first money" to de-risk complex industrial and deeptech projects in aerospace, defense, and greentech before they access larger Series A funding.
