Nord France Amorçage (NFA) is the Hauts‑de‑France region’s seed co‑investment fund, 100% region‑owned and managed by Siparex; it makes minority, pari passu investments in innovative companies based or active in the region across all sectors, with initial tickets of €50k–€800k and total follow‑on capacity up to €2m; historically a €36m fund, it was increased to €50m in 2025, enabling larger per‑company commitments (up to ~€3.5m over multiple rounds).
