This strategic partnership was created to fill the "European Growth Gap." It combines Elaia's technical expertise in identifying tech champions with Lazard's massive financial network and ability to structure complex late-stage deals (IPOs, M&A, Buyouts). They position themselves as the bridge between Venture Capital and Private Equity.
