ISAI is widely known as "The French Tech Entrepreneurs' Fund." Founded in 2009 by prominent French tech figures (Pierre Kosciusko-Morizet, Geoffroy Roux de Bézieux, Stéphane Treppoz, etc.), it was the first major French fund to be structurally backed by successful entrepreneurs rather than just institutions. ISAI operates with a unique "pay it forward" philosophy, gathering over 300 entrepreneur-LPs (Limited Partners) who provide capital and mentorship. They manage four distinct strategies: Early-Stage Venture (Seed/Series A), Corporate Venture (with Capgemini and Bouygues), Growth Lending, and Tech Buyout (LBO for profitable digital companies), allowing them to support companies from their very first steps to their exit.
