Finorpa est le principal acteur du capital-investissement de proximité en région Hauts-de-France, présent depuis 1984 avec 90M€ sous gestion. Actionnaire public-privé, le groupe couvre toute la chaîne du financement en fonds propres et quasi fonds propres : création, développement et transmission, avec des tickets de 150K€ à 1M€, tous secteurs confondus (industrie, numérique, santé, services). S'y ajoute Finovam, co-détenue avec Inovam, dédiée à l'amorçage ; Captech Santé pour les deeptech santé (biotech, medtech, e-santé) ; et Hauts-de-France Avenir TPE PME pour le co-investissement régional.
